  • Can I tour E+?
    • Tours can be scheduled in advance or you can drop in during Hours of Operation below.

  • What are the Hours of Operation?
    • Monday - Friday | 9AM - 6PM
    • E+ is open 24/7 for members only.
  • Do you offer Private Offices?
    • E+ offers private offices that seat 3 people up to 8. All offices are based on availability and come fully furnished.
  • What is the pricing for Private Offices?
    • 3P Office  | $1200/mo
    • 4P Office  | $1600/mo
    • 5P Office  | $2000/mo
    • 6P Office  | $2400/mo
    • 7P Office  | $2800/mo
    • 8P Office  | $3200/mo
  • Do you have space for larger teams?
    • Yes, E+ has space for larger teams, pending availability. Please email us at hi@electroposi.tv to discuss further.
  • What are the amenities for members?
    • All members (community and above) enjoy 24/7 access to Electropositive’s programming events, communal spaces, event spaces, conference rooms, member perks, food and beverage offerings, printing and WiFi.
  • What do I have access to with my membership?
    • 3-Day-A-Week - Members enjoy daily access (9am-9pm) to our communal floor three days a week. 3-day members have reserved access to conference and phone rooms.
    • Community membership: includes unlimited 24/7 access to our communal floor, full access to conference rooms, phone rooms, classroom, and content studio rooms.
    • Dedicated Desk membership: includes unlimited 24/7 access to our communal floor, full access to conference rooms, phone rooms, classroom, and content studio rooms.
    • Private Office membership includes a fully-furnished personal office with desks, key-access entry, alongside unlimited 24/7 access to our communal floor. Private office members also have full access to conference rooms, phone rooms, classroom, and studio room.
    • Podcast membership - We offer a monthly podcast membership for independent podcast creators to utilize our sound-isolated recording studio. Our podcast membership is tailored specifically for creative and independent podcast creators. The monthly membership allows creators to elevate their podcasts with the use of our fully equipped podcast studio. Additionally, podcast creators can meet, learn, and connect at our podcast program listening sessions, workshops, and regular cultural events.
  • How many guests can I bring?
    • All members of our E+ are allowed three (3) guests every four hours, with the exception of a conference room booking for a large meeting.
  • Can I speak on the phone?
    • Members are able to make phone calls anywhere within our space, but during 9-5pm are encouraged to use the private phone room areas.
  • Can I have phones on my desk?
    • Land lines are possible for Dedicated Desk and Private office members, but not for community members and 3-a-week.
  • Do you have storage?
    • For Dedicated desks and Private Office members, we have four drawers within your desk that allow for some filing storage alongside a locker area. For community members, additional file storage is available upon request for a monthly fee, ranging from $100/mo
  • Do you have internet?
    • Once you are a member, you will receive details to the member-specific WiFi to access the internet. Our WiFi is 80mbps+.
  • Can I print?
    • All members have unlimited printing credit each month.
  • Can I receive mail?
    • All 3-day-a-week, Community, Dedicated Desks, Private Office members can receive mail and use E+ as your business address.
  • Do you have parking?
    • E+ does not have reserved parking, but street parking is plentiful. 
  • Can I bring my dog?
    • Yes! Private office members can bring their dogs, as long as they're less than 35lbs, house trained, and people and animal socialized.
  • When can I start my membership?
    • Immediately!
  • Can I change memberships if my needs change?
    • Absolutely! We will need a 21-day notice if you are 3-a-day or Community member, 30-day notice if you are a Dedicated desk or Private Office member.
  • Can I freeze my membership?
    • On a case by case basis, we can offer a reduced membership or freeze to your membership. We will need a 21-day notice if you are a 3-a-day or Community member, 30-day notice if you are a Dedicated desk or Private Office member.
  • Can I cancel my membership?
    • All Memberships have a 2-month minimum commitment if a promotion is applied. All other members have a 30-day cancellation notice.
  • Are there any additional fees when I sign-up?
    • No. 
  • Can I purchase a Day Pass if I am not a member?
    • We do not offer day passes for Non-Members. If you are interested in working at E+, please apply to schedule a tour HERE.
  • Does E+ offer any discount if I pay upfront?
    • We offer a 5% discount for quarterly memberships
    • We offer a 10% discount for yearly memberships
  • Can I bring outside food?
    • Yes.
  • Can I combine promotional offerings?
    • No.

FOR EVENTS

  •  Is a security deposit needed?
    • Yes, a 50% deposit is needed to hold the date
  • What are cancellation policies?
    • Full refund is possible up to fourteen (14) days before the event. If event is booked within the fourteen days, 50% refund up to seven (7) days. If event is booked within 7 days of the event, refund is non-refundable.
  • Is outside catering allowed?
    • Yes. We also book and provide catering options for a fee upon request.
